ISO27001 is an information security management architecture standard that is widely applicable to various industries and organizations. It helps organizations manage, protect and secure information assets. Tonghsing is committed to ensuring information security, so we adopt the international standard ISO27001 to establish, implement, maintain and improve our Information Security Management System (ISMS). We passed the ISO27001 certification in 2023 to help us effectively manage information security risks and ensure that our information assets comply with confidentiality, integrity and availability, while also increasing the trust and satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.

This standard is compiled by the American Electrostatic Protection and Control Association (ESDA) and is used as an implementation standard for electrostatic protection and control systems in the electronics, electrical, and communications industries. ANSI/ESD S20.20 is an electrostatic discharge protection and control system established on the basis of the ISO9001 quality management system. The ANSI/ESD 20.20 standard sets out the requirements for the establishment of ESD systems in factories, the establishment of EPAs, the packaging of sensitive components, the control of all aspects of production, personnel training and assessment, and testing methods. This standard is designed to protect electrostatic sensitive parts (electrical and electronic components, assemblies and devices) by establishing a static protection management control procedure and systematically implementing protective measures to reduce static discharge damage to electrostatic sensitive parts. AS9100 is a quality and risk management standard for the aerospace industry, focusing on the integrity and rigor of aerospace quality management systems (AQMS), and is based on ISO 9001. Safety, quality and reliability are of paramount importance to the aerospace industry. In order to ensure that all partners meet the quality requirements of the industry, this series of standards takes into account the design, development, production, maintenance and trade aspects of the aerospace industry. TONG HSING ELECTRONIC IND., LTD. was certified in 2010 in the areas of design, development and production.

IATF 16949 is a standard developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) based on the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. IATF 16949:2016 is applicable to organizations that provide production and service of spare parts related to the automotive industry. The IATF 16949 standard aims at "zero defects" and emphasis the concepts of customer orientation, risk management and supplier control, and supplier control processes, as well as more requirements for products with special characteristics, in order to improve quality management for the entire automotive and motorbike industry. ISO 13485 GMP certification is a specific standard for quality management systems in the medical device industry, which includes basic requirements for safety, risk analysis/management, clinical evaluation/surveys, labeling, other technical standards, as well as information and feedback systems, post-market surveillance, customer complaint investigations, alerting systems, advisory notices, etc. In addition to this, there are additional requirements for certain terms such as design control, environmental control, special process control, traceability, record keeping and regulatory measures.
ISO 13485 Quality Management System for Medical Devices, for regulatory purposes, is required to help develop, implement and maintain a quality management system for use by medical device manufacturers and suppliers. The latest version of ISO 9001:2015 is based on the following quality management principles: customer orientation, leadership, involvement of all employees, process approach, organizational context, continuous improvement, factual decision-making, etc. It establishes a set of operational procedures and a systematic plan to help companies manage quality through ISO 9001, which, if applied effectively, can lead companies to operate with quality that meets customer needs.

The aim of ISO 14001:2015 is to provide a framework for businesses to protect the environment and balance it with changes in socio-economic environmental conditions. The requirements of ISO 14001:2015 enable organizations to achieve the desired outcomes set by the Environmental Management System. ISO 14001:2015 provides a systematic approach for the management level to receive complete information to successfully establish long-term goals and create feasible measures to promote sustainable climate development. ISO 45001:2018 Occupational safety and health management system was officially released in March 2018 and has become a globally consistent standard for the validation of occupational safety and health management systems. The aim of ISO 45001 is to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses and to provide a safe and healthy workplace. Since 2017, TONG HSING has been certified to ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System, demonstrating TONG HSING's commitment to ensuring sound working conditions, health, well-being and equality of practice for its employees.
